2014 to Present: This EmployerOne project is a collaboration with Dr. Sara Mann from the Department of Management at the University of Guelph, Dr. Gordon Cooke at Memorial University, and the Workforce Planning Boards (WFPB). We partnered with the WFPBs and provided an analysis of the 2015 Employer One Survey Data collected in March 2015. The WFPBs collected the survey data, and Dr. Mann and I completed the analysis of the data, with future plans of publishing in academic journals and presenting at academic conferences. We are extremely excited about our involvement in this project and about the opportunity of future longitudinal analysis.
